Dr Fleming, originally from a dairy farm near Bega on the south coast of NSW , completed his schooling in Canberra and Sydney (St Josephs College) before completing a Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography and finally a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Sydney University . He also has postgraduate qualifications in the form of a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology from Sydney University where he has frequently lectured both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the placement and restoring of dental implants.

“I have been living in Mosman for the last 10 years after moving from Canberra. Four years ago I made a decision to exit a large group dental practice in North Sydney and start a new practice in Mosman. I like the community atmosphere of Mosman, and in many ways it has a lot of the characteristics of a small country town. Some of these I have tried to implement in my Mosman practice such as a relaxed welcoming atmosphere and the emphasis on individual personalized care.
